Kurt and I were married on February 19, 2000 in the St. George LDS Temple. We have 5 children: Austin, our oldest and only boy, is 14 years old. Our four girls are Nyah-13, Olivia-9, Jolie-7, and Sophie-5. We have a English Springer Spaniel, George, who is 1.5 yrs.
Kurt works for a network marketing company called ASEA as the Senior Vice President over international development, which means he works a lot and travels a lot. In his spare time, he likes being with his family, playing guitar, and playing hockey.
As for me, Kelsey, I'm a stay-at-home homeschooling mom. I'm endlessly trying to keep up with my wild & crazy bunch. I like to read, write, create art, play volleyball, and visit with friends.
Austin loves sword fighting with friends, building with legos, playing video games, reading, and teasing his sisters.
Nyah loves listening to audio books, sewing, crafting, creating, cooking, playing with friends, exploring the great outdoors, and bossing her younger sisters.
Olivia, Jolie & Sophie love playing together - they are an inseparable trio. They love riding bikes, jumping on the trampoline, and swimming. They like playing with their dress up and toys, coloring, and doing school together. They have limitless imaginations, and specialize in getting into mischief and making messes.
Olivia was born with Neurofibromatosis, type 1 (NF1). We do not have a family history of this genetic disorder - she is the only member of our family to have this condition. You can learn more about it at the Children's Tumor Foundation and learn more about Olivia's journey on her page.
