Cone of shame

George wouldn't stop licking a sore on his foot, so it got an infection & now he has to wear the cone of shame so it will get better. 

Everyone is laughing at poor George.

George's Grand Adventure

Our windows are set at the perfect height for George to see out. He watches (and barks at) cats and dogs and neighbors and and deer, of course, he always wants to go out and play with them all. 

Pretty please let me out??? 

A couple days after the above pictures, one of the girls let him out and there were some deer in the yard we didn't know about and he did take off after them. So he got his wish. And they apparently didn't feel he was too much of a threat because we found him a few streets away safe and sound.  

Thanksgiving Weekend

We had a delightful Thanksgiving weekend at home, with no visitors, hanging out in our pajamas and being lazy. 

Austin & I did get dressed to go on a hike in the snow.
