Nyah's group didn't give a presentation - they displayed some of the things they worked on like the flag she made after reading Betsy Ross. Later, we pulled her out mid-shower to watch the Kentucky Derby. It was fun for all of us to watch - my Grandma Dot's favorite race.
Nyah's been doing the History of the Horse this year and after the race she pulled out her Album of Horses to read about the Thoroughbred. She was so excited to see the Thoroughbred came from the Godolphin Arabian - a horse she read about in King of the Wind.
