Kurt and I recently escaped for a weekend away in Sacramento.
Before we left we took the kids out for caramel apples.
This is how we left the kids:
We stayed across from the capital building and spent some time exploring the outside and inside.
But we were really there to see Les Miserables - it was fabulous!
And I guess this is how things went while we were gone:

A big THANK YOU to Kurt's Mom, Karla, and Kurt's Aunt, Kyle, for taking care of our kids and cleaning our entire house (even the bathrooms!)
